The Douro Project, located in Vila Chã da Beira, Portugal, is a landmark renewable energy initiative with a total installed capacity of 150MW. Powered by Astronergy’s high-efficiency PV modules, the plant is expected to generate approximately 230 GWh of clean electricity annually—enough to supply 76,000 Portuguese homes and avoid around 82,000 metric tons of CO₂ emissions each year.
